Lyana Halpern has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic partnership and organizational transformation. As the Sr. Director of HR Business Partner at ServiceNow from June 2021 to July 2023, Lyana led initiatives to integrate AI into operational processes and redefined organizational design to enhance workforce effectiveness.
