Matt Taylor

Matt Taylor serves as SVP of Global Solution Sales and GTM Strategy & Programs at ServiceNow since September 2019, leading a global specialist selling organization focused on maximizing customer value from the ServiceNow platform across various workflows. Prior roles at ServiceNow include Senior Vice President of Global Go To Market, Global VP of GTM Operations, and VP & COO EMEA, where significant contributions to operational excellence and growth strategies were made. Prior to ServiceNow, Taylor held the position of Head of Portfolio Operations in Growth Equity at Generation Investment Management, a sustainable investment firm co-founded by Al Gore. Taylor began professional career at Bain & Co., where expertise in corporate strategy and organizational change was developed across a dozen years. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Human Sciences and a Master of Science in Medical Anthropology from Oxford University.
