Michael Ramsey

Michael Ramsey is a seasoned executive in product management with extensive experience across various leading technology companies. Currently serving as GVP of Product Management for Customer and Industry Workflows at ServiceNow since September 2019, Michael previously held the position of Chief Product Officer at Leanplum, where Michael focused on enhancing mobile engagement for brands such as Grab and Tinder. Prior roles include Chief Product Officer at Invoice2go, overseeing global product management and design, and Senior Vice President of Product Management at Salesforce, responsible for the Service Cloud product line. Michael began his career as an Enterprise Architect at Autodesk. Michael holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and Economics from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
