Nicole O'Connor

Nicole O'Connor, GAICD, is the National Director of Mining, Utilities, Construction and Engineering at ServiceNow since August 2023, focusing on heavy asset industries such as energy and construction. Prior leadership roles include Regional State Manager for WA/SA/TAS/NT at ServiceNow, Head of Public Sector WA and SA at Amazon Web Services, and Director of Research Services at Curtin University, among others. O'Connor has served as a Non-Executive Director for both The Kids Research Institute and RemSense Technologies Limited, contributing to governance and strategic initiatives in these organizations. With a solid educational background including a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and multiple degrees from University College Cork, O'Connor combines extensive industry experience with robust academic credentials.
