Rebecca da Costa Mitel

Rebecca Da Costa Mitel is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in talent solutions, cloud services, and learning solutions across various international markets. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Manager at ServiceNow since November 2025, Rebecca previously held several roles at LinkedIn from April 2017 to November 2025, including Sales Manager for Acquisition Mid Market/SMB in Italy and Enterprise Account Director for the LATAM region. Earlier career experience includes positions at Oracle, where contributions spanned account management and deal management from March 2013 to April 2017, as well as a role as a Procurement Analyst at Ericsson. Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Media Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Bucharest, along with a Baccalaureat from Lycée français François Mitterrand in Brasilia.
