Rob Muro

Rob Muro is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in product management and customer experience across leading companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Technical Product Management at ServiceNow since June 2019, Rob has occupied multiple roles including Head of Now Support and Director of Customer Experience. Prior to ServiceNow, Rob spent nearly a decade at Oracle, where positions included Director of CRM Applications, where leadership was provided for a global team to enhance CRM sales solutions, and Director of Sales Automation, focusing on the development of a world-class CRM system. Rob's earlier career includes significant roles at Sun Microsystems as a Senior Oracle Business Systems Architect and a strategic consultant in Global Sales Operations. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
