Ron Vickery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and management across the technology sector. Currently serving as AVP for Public Sector, Healthcare & Higher Education at ServiceNow since July 2017, Ron has held multiple leadership positions within the company, emphasizing customer service management and CX solutions. Prior to this, Ron worked at Oracle Corporation from March 2011 to June 2017, where roles included Regional Vice President for CX Service Applications Sales and oversight of regional sales teams in global markets. Ron's earlier career included strategic sales roles at ATG, eStara, and Biothentica Corporation, and substantial experience at NEC Corporation, where Ron progressed from Field Sales Representative to Western US Vice President of Sales.
