Russ Elmer

Russ Elmer has been working in the legal field for over 30 years. Russ started their career as a lawyer with the firm of Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich. Russ then spent 7 years as the General Counsel for E*TRADE Financial. In 2009, they became the General Counsel for Pricelock, Inc. and held that position for 3 years. In 2012, they became the Deputy General Counsel for LendingClub Corporation and eventually became their General Counsel and CCO of LC Advisors, LLC. In 2014, they left LendingClub to become the VP, Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Legal for eBay Inc. Russ then held a similar position with PayPal for one year before joining ServiceNow as their General Counsel in 2016.

Russ Elmer graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Political Science and International Relations. Russ then attended the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where they earned their JD.
