Shilpa Janagam

Shilpa Janagam is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Industry Products at ServiceNow since September 2013. In this role, Shilpa manages product delivery for the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology verticals, previously held positions including Sr Engineering Manager and Sr Manager of Application Development at ServiceNow, focusing on the delivery of telecommunications and lead-to-cash applications. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Shilpa worked at JPMorgan Chase as a Technical Officer/Analyst in the Treasury and Securities Services division, managing the Global Collateral Engine application, and at Infosys in various roles including Team Lead and Programmer Analyst, contributing to projects like Options Clearing Technology and Finacle E-banking. Shilpa holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
