Sri Putrevu

Sri Putrevu currently serves as the Director of AI Research & Insights at ServiceNow, leading research initiatives for AI experiences within the platform since August 2025. Prior to this role, Sri was the Senior Director of User Research at Circle, where efforts focused on establishing a robust research practice to support the company's internet financial system and stablecoin initiatives. With extensive experience at Facebook, Sri held dual positions as Head of UX Research for both Meta's FinTech Business and Facebook Search, contributing significantly to user experience strategies. Previous roles include Director of Experience Research & Strategy at Angie's List and various positions at Honeywell, where Sri developed and implemented UX strategies, conducted user research, and led design initiatives across multiple domains. An earlier career at Lextant and HP involved managing user-centered research projects and enhancing product design through usability and human factors engineering. Sri holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University.
