Thack Brown

Thack Brown is the Global Head of GTM, Strategy and Operations at ServiceNow, a role assumed in July 2023. Prior to this, Thack held various senior leadership positions at SAP from September 2008 to July 2023, including COO North America, GM and Global Head of Line of Business Finance, COO Americas, COO Latin America, and CFO for Latin America. In these roles, responsibilities included overseeing product portfolios, managing large teams, and driving business development and operational excellence across multiple regions. Thack's earlier experience includes serving as CFO and Sales Director at EDS, as well as a New Business Analyst role at EDS. Educational qualifications include an International MBA in Finance from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a BSBA in Economics from Appalachian State University.
