Tiara Harris

Tiara Harris, MS, currently serves as the Learning Business Partner and Director of Corporate Functions at ServiceNow, a leader in digital workflow solutions, since June 2025. Prior to this role, Tiara was the Learning Design and Development Director at RITE AID, where oversight included a team dedicated to transforming enterprise learning. Tiara's career spans various learning and development roles, including positions at UNFI, New Tech, and as a Franchise Owner of a Mathnasium, showcasing expertise in training strategy, performance management, and operational oversight. Tiara holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University and additional advanced degrees in Curriculum and Instructional Design from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
