Valerie Christensen

Valerie Christensen is an accomplished product strategy and operations leader with extensive experience in driving cross-organizational initiatives and optimizing product management processes. Currently serving as Director of Product Strategy and Operations at ServiceNow since July 2018, Valerie oversees operations for over 700 product managers, establishes best practices, and advocates for the product management team's culture. With a background that includes founding Fountain Ventures, a startup investment company, and previous roles at Enova International and Barclays Accelerator, Valerie has a proven track record of successfully launching innovative products and leading substantial revenue-generating initiatives. Valerie holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an MBA from London Business School, complementing a BBA in Economics and International Business from the University of Oklahoma.
