Vitaly Belyasov

Vitaly Belyasov currently serves as the Director of FinOps for AI & FinOps Governance at ServiceNow since September 2025 and is a foundation member of the FinOps Foundation, where Vitaly is recognized as a Certified FinOps Practitioner since June 2019. Previously, Vitaly held the position of Director at Align Technology from May 2018 to September 2025, where important contributions included the establishment of a global FinOps program and the development of an enterprise FinOps platform. Earlier experience includes roles at Accenture as a Cloud Transformation and Migration Consultant and IT Infrastructure Analyst, contributing to various IT architecture and strategy projects. Vitaly began the professional journey as a Technology Intern at Philip Morris International and holds a Specialist degree in Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics from Lomonosov Moscow State University, obtained in 2014.
