Wally Brill

Wally Brill is an accomplished professional in the field of product design and AI conversation, currently serving as a Senior Staff Product Designer for Conversational AI at ServiceNow since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as AI Conversation Designer at Magnit for META Reality Labs, focusing on interactive AI voice experiences, and Audio UI Conversation Designer at iyo, where Wally worked on a screenless user interface. Wally previously spent five years at Google, initially as a Senior AI Conversation Designer and then as Head of Conversation Design Advocacy & Education. Additional experience spans positions as Principal Consultant at 21contact, VP and Chief Evangelist at MyWave, and Director of Self-Service at eBay Inc. Wally co-founded Voice Partners LLC, managing a team of senior VUI designers. Education was completed at The New School.
