Xiao Luo

Xiao Luo is a skilled Product Designer with experience at ServiceNow since June 2023, previously serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology from September 2021 to May 2023, where key features of a digital health mobile app aimed at supporting the wellbeing of black women were designed. Prior roles include UX Designer/Developer at Georgia Institute of Technology, contributing to the redesign of TechDining and HR websites, and a Product Design Intern at ServiceNow, where the Mobile Agent app was transformed for iPadOS. As Lead UX Designer at 艾耕科技, a team was managed to develop a content management system and product information management system, integrating AI into e-commerce workflows. At State Street, efficient financial web products were designed, leading to significant cost savings. Xiao Luo has a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's in Industrial Design from Zhejiang University.
