Yolanda Davis

Yolanda Davis currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations at ServiceNow, leading the Enterprise NPI team to ensure end-to-end cross-functional readiness for new innovations and overseeing global operations readiness for complex initiatives. Prior to this role, Yolanda held various positions at Cisco for two decades, including Director of SaaS Business Operations and SW Delivery, where responsibilities included transforming the operating model for a $1B+ SaaS business and managing acquisitions. Yolanda has also played key roles in standardizing partner program services, implementing CRM solutions, establishing enterprise shared services, and developing strategies for vendor management. Yolanda holds a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and The University of Texas at Austin, respectively.
