Alexander Schagen is the Founder and Evangelist of ServiceOcean AG, a company established in July 2013 that specializes in providing fully handled calls in inbound service centers, utilizing digital queues and behavioral science to improve customer experience. Prior to this, Alexander worked as a Project Manager and Research Assistant & PhD Student at the University of St.Gallen from July 2007 to August 2015. Alexander earned a Doktor (Ph.D.) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the University of St.Gallen, completing the degree in September 2012.
