Esther Busch

Esther Busch is a seasoned executive in the media industry, currently serving as a Board Member and Managing Director at Mediaplus Group since July 2016, and as Head of House of Communication Cologne for Serviceplan Group since July 2020. Prior experience includes key leadership roles at Ströer SE & Co. KGaA as Geschäftsführerin, ARD-Werbung SALES as Prokuristin and member of the management board, and a series of executive positions at AS&S Radio GmbH, where responsibilities included managing director and marketing director. Additional experience encompasses leadership roles at AWE Marketing GmbH and Radio 107.1, as well as early career training and moderation at Antenne Niedersachsen. Esther Busch holds a Magister Artium degree in History and Theatre-Media Studies from the University of Hamburg, earned between 1987 and 1993.
