Martin Rau

Martin Rau has extensive experience in facility management, currently serving as Head of Facility Management München at Serviceplan Group since February 2016, after previously holding the position of Teamleiter Facility Management. Prior to this role, Martin Rau worked as a Projektleiter at Fink Gebäudetechnik from May 2014 to January 2016 and served as an Offizier in the Bundeswehr from July 1999 to June 2011. Martin Rau holds a degree in Ingenieur, Energie und Gebäudetechnik from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, which was completed in 2014, and also completed a Praktikum at Envi Con & Plant Engineering GmbH in 2013. Early career training as a Gas-Wasserinstallateur was undertaken at Mirschberger Haustechnik GmbH between 1996 and 1999.
