Sara Merkel

Sara Merkel serves as the HR Manager for Talent Development & Culture I Learning & Development at Serviceplan Group since July 2022, focusing on AI training programs and the strategic development of the company's learning initiatives. Prior to this role, Sara held positions as a Yoga Teacher at The Breakers Diving & Surfing Lodge in 2023 and 2024, and contributed to project management and finance at Prime Properties Group where responsibilities included financial structuring and office management. Additional experience includes acting as a Group Fitness Instructor for Les Mills Germany from 2014 to 2020, participating in project management at NTT DATA DACH, and providing customer service at Raiffeisenbank Holzkirchen-Otterfing. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Project Management and HR Management from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences and a German High School Diploma in Economic Science.
