Pranav Prakash

Pranav Prakash is an experienced IT professional with a focus on DevOps and site reliability engineering. Currently serving as a DevOps Support Engineer at ServiceRocket since April 2021, Pranav previously worked as a Site Reliability Engineer at Network Redux from April 2016 to July 2020, where automation of backup and recovery processes for AWS environments was a key achievement. Prior experience includes a role as Senior System Administrator at Bobcares from July 2010 to July 2014, where Pranav enhanced system performance through hardware and software upgrades. Pranav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from MGUniversity and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from NTTF.
