Wilmer Medina

Wilmer Medina is an experienced product manager currently leading the RAD Squad at ServiceRocket since February 2022, where significant results include a 10% improvement in monthly recurring revenue and a 25% conversion rate for one of the apps through continuous discovery techniques.
