Dennis Dapolito

Dennis Dapolito is currently the EVP of Business Development at ServiceSource. Dennis has over 15 years of experience in business development and management.

Dennis started their career as a Business Development Manager at SourceAmerica, where they brokered Federal Service Contracts through the AbilityOne Program. These contracts offered a best value solution for the federal government while creating employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

In 2014, Dennis joined the Delaware Business Leadership Network as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors. The Delaware Business Leadership Network is an employer led non-profit that uses a business to business model offering education, training programs and resources to change attitudes and address concerns of businesses so that they learn how to proactively include people with disabilities in the workforce, marketplace and supplier diversity.

Dennis has been instrumental in helping the Delaware Business Leadership Network grow and expand its reach across the state of Delaware. Under Dennis’s leadership, the organization has been able to provide businesses with the information and resources they need to source, hire, and promote individuals with disabilities.

Dennis Dapolito attended Guilderland Central High School and received a Regents Diploma. Dennis then pursued a Masters at the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Dennis Dapolito reports to Bruce Patterson, CEO. They are on a team with Kenneth J. Crum - COO, Lisa Ward - Executive Director, ServiceSource Foundation, and Lisa Long - EVP, Information Management & Technology.
