Gagik Muradyan has extensive experience in instructional design and customer support, currently serving as an Instructional Designer at ServiceTitan Armenia since February 2021, after roles as CSA 2 and Customer Support Advocate. Prior to this position, Gagik worked as a Public Relations Manager at SPRING PR Company from November 2019 to February 2021, and was a Sales Specialist & VM at Ralph Lauren from September 2018 to November 2019. Earlier in his career, Gagik gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Zenta Ltd. and Electronics Planet in 2016, and as a Front Desk Administrator at Republica Hotel Yerevan from December 2014 to October 2015. Gagik holds Bachelor's degrees in Marketing from both the French University of Armenia and Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), completed from 2012 to 2016.
