Pamela Kiefer's work experience starts in 2005 as a Sales Associate at Paper Tiger Edinburgh. Pamela then worked as a Barista at Jet Cafe for a year. In 2008, they became an Assistant Manager at Starbucks and simultaneously started their own company called Pamela Kiefer - Designer Stationery, where they served as the Lead Designer until 2015. During this time, they designed invitation packages and managed various aspects of the business.

From 2014-2015, Kiefer worked as an Invitation Consultant at PaperBuzz, assisting clients with the selection and design of invitations. In 2018, they interned as an Instructional Designer at Gaston College, creating an Emergency Preparedness Faculty Training Module. The same year, they joined Siemens as an E-learning Developer, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop interactive video content.

Following that, they attended Savannah College of Art and Design from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Computer Art. Finally, they pursued further education at Appalachian State University from 2016 to 2018, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Educational Media.
