Lilit Oznetsyan has extensive experience in customer service and support, currently serving as a Customer Support Supervisor at ServiceTitan Armenia since November 2019, following roles as Customer Support Advocate II and Customer Support Advocate. Prior to this, Lilit worked at HSBC from October 2015 to September 2019, holding positions as Branch Supervisor, Customer Service and Operations Officer, and Customer Service Representative. Lilit's career also includes experience as an Assistant Finance Manager at the Media Initiatives Center and as an Expert at The State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition of the Republic of Armenia. Lilit Oznetsyan holds a Master's Degree obtained from Asue from 2014 to 2016 and a Bachelor's Degree from the same institution from 2010 to 2014.
