Alan Leung

Alan Leung is a seasoned operations and analytics professional with extensive experience across diverse sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Operations at ServiceTitan since February 2021, Alan focuses on strategic planning and analysis for the Professional Services organization. Prior roles include Associate Manager of Operations at ServiceTitan, Owner of Sierra Real Estate Group, and BI and Analytics Engineer at Pollen, where Alan honed skills in revenue operations and business intelligence tools. Alan's earlier experience includes infrastructure engineering at OpenX, internal IT consultancy at Kaiser Permanente, and business systems analysis at Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Alan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from UC San Diego and a Master’s in Supply Chain and Operations from the University of San Diego.
