Andrea Lau

Andrea Lau is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product and user experience design. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at ServiceTitan since January 2022, Andrea previously held senior roles at OneTrust and Deluxe, focusing on e-payments products, legacy software updates, and the development of design systems. Andrea's career began at CallRail as a UX Designer, where significant contributions included leading the launch of CallRail Forms and enhancing customer sign-ups. Earlier experiences at The Home Depot as a User Experience Designer & Researcher and an intern involved solving complex technological issues and facilitating design thinking sessions. Andrea holds a Master's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics from UC Irvine.
