Anika Balkan

Anika Balkan has extensive work experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) roles. Anika is currently the Head of DEI at ServiceTitan since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at both OpenTable and KAYAK from 2019 to 2023. Anika also worked at Salesforce as an Equality Programs Lead from 2017 to 2019. Before transitioning to the tech industry, they held positions at Walmart eCommerce, where they were a Senior Program Manager in HR Strategy, Transformation, and Community Activation from 2013 to 2017. Anika also served as a PR Coordinator for the Vice President of Communications and Corporate Communications team at Walmart eCommerce from 2012 to 2013. Anika began their career in the public sector as a Public Affairs officer at the US Army Corps of Engineers from 2011 to 2011. Anika Balkan has demonstrated expertise and dedication in the field of DEI throughout their varied work experiences.

Anika Balkan received a High School Diploma from Deer Valley High School in the years 2002-2006. Later they attended Sonoma State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Political Science from 2006-2011.
