Benjamin Blanchard

Benjamin Blanchard has extensive experience in project and operations management, primarily in the HVAC and field service software industries. Currently serving as a Delivery Manager for Franchise Implementation at ServiceTitan since February 2022, Benjamin has held multiple roles within the company, including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager for Strategic Accounts. Prior to ServiceTitan, Benjamin worked at Blanchard Refrigeration Contractors, Inc., focusing on operations and maintaining healthy cash flow. Additional experience includes working as an Implementation Consultant at Allscripts and a Graduate Assistant at East Carolina University, where Benjamin co-wrote executive summaries and managed strategic processes for new ventures. Benjamin holds an MBA and a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from East Carolina University.
