Christopher Sanders

Christopher Sanders has a diverse work experience history. Christopher started their career at McDonald's Corporation in 2014 as a Human Resources Intern, where they worked on standardizing IT positions and assisting with an enterprise-wide eLearning project. Christopher then joined True Group LLC as a Recruiter, focusing on IT, Digital, Operations, and Accounting roles. After that, they became a Workforce Management Specialist at McDonald's, delivering strategic guidance for the company's external workforce population. Christopher later transitioned to Circle K as a Human Resources Manager for the Heartland Division and eventually became a Senior HRIS Technical Analyst, leading Workday implementation and supporting various HR functions. Currently, they are working at ServiceTitan as a Senior HRIS Analyst and Lead Analyst for People Technology.

Christopher Sanders completed their education at Roosevelt University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management in 2016.
