Juan D. Aguilera, CPP, is a seasoned professional in payroll and business systems analysis, currently serving as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst for ServiceTitan since October 2023. Prior roles include Sr. HRIS Analyst at MasterBrand Cabinets LLC, and Workday Consultant at Collaborative Solutions, LLC, among others. Juan's expertise encompasses leading implementations of Workday Payroll and Time Tracking modules, including architecture, configuration, and testing phases, as well as providing post go-live support. With earlier experience processing payroll for thousands of employees across multiple organizations, Juan has a solid foundation in payroll systems and compliance, enhanced by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
