Stephanie Silva Cannon

Stephanie Silva Cannon has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and executive search roles. Stephanie currently works at ServiceTitan as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Principal Executive Recruiter. In this role, they lead the executive search and G&A recruiting teams for a SaaS company that serves the home and commercial services industry. Prior to this, Stephanie worked at Heidrick & Struggles as an Engagement Manager in the Global Technology and Services Practice. Stephanie'sfocus was on executive placements for B2C and B2B high growth tech companies. Stephanie also mentored and coached junior staff members in the Los Angeles office. Before that, Stephanie was the Director of the Solutions Practice Group at Major, Lindsey & Africa, where they specialized in interim placements of legal professionals in various industries. Stephanie's career started as an attorney in a General Practice.

Stephanie Silva Cannon holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley. Stephanie also obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Southwestern Law School.
