Steve Donahue

Steve Donahue has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Steve is currently working as the Vice President of Platform and Infrastructure at ServiceTitan since July 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Salesforce from 2015 to 2022. At Salesforce, they were the Senior Director of Software Engineering, leading multiple backend search teams and coordinating the architectural design for a cloud-native Search as a Service. Steve also served as the Director of Software Engineering - Search Infrastructure and Senior Manager - Search Infrastructure, managing teams and delivering complex programs. Before joining Salesforce, Steve worked at Microsoft from 2003 to 2015. At Microsoft, they held roles such as Senior Software Engineer, Senior Test Lead, and Software Test Lead, where they managed teams and led engineering efforts for performance, capacity, and quality assurance.

Steve Donahue earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis in the period between 1997 and 2001. Steve furthered their education at the same institution, completing a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from 2001 to 2003.
