Vijay Shivlani

Vijay Shivlani currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at ServiceTitan, where leadership focuses on building a technical talent acquisition team in a rapidly growing pre-IPO technology environment. Previously, Vijay held various roles at Amazon, including Recruiting Manager and Senior Client Lead, and at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Executive Recruiter, responsible for recruiting senior management consultants. Additionally, Vijay worked as a Lead Recruiter at Booz & Company, specializing in the placement of management consultants in the Middle East and Asia, and began a career at TEKsystems as a Recruiter/Account Manager, overseeing recruitment and business development. Vijay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Studies from the University of Miami.
