Elizabeth Eichler

Elizabeth Eichler is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in designing and executing recruitment strategies across North America, Canada, and Latin America. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Gallagher since August 2016, Elizabeth manages a team of six recruitment leaders and over 65 staff, overseeing the hiring of over 5,000 full-time employees annually. Elizabeth previously held roles including Vice President of Executive Recruitment, where efforts focused on building leadership teams and refining talent consulting services, as well as various managerial positions handling complex recruitment needs within multiple divisions. Early career experience includes recruitment at SThree and sales management at C.H. Robinson, where notable achievements included receiving the "Rookie of the Year" award. Elizabeth Eichler holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
