Reinhard Kampf

Reinhard Kampf is a product manager at ServiceTrade. Reinhard has also worked as an associate director at the Duke Clinical Research Institute, where they were responsible for the maturity of agile principles with specific focus on Scrum and Kanban. Reinhard has also worked with both IT Project Managers and Business Project Managers to identify and mature project execution approaches that are focused on value first and customer satisfaction. Some of their key accomplishments include creating an Agile Playbook for the organization that is used on enterprise wide initiatives, providing continuous agile coaching to delivery teams across the entire organization, establishing an agile CoE for teams across Duke Health Systems, and leading the Capabilities team under the Operational Excellence organization to establish best practices that allows the team to execute efficiently. Reinhard has also presented at Duke TechExpo on Agile Planning and Agile Execution.

Reinhard Kampf has a Master Certificate in Business Analysis from Villanova University, a Project Management IS/IT Professionals certification from Villanova University, and an International Business certification from Julius-Springer-Fachhochshule -Heildelberg-.
