Tom Sweeny is the founder and CEO of ServiceXRG. Tom has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, including research, support, and service.

Tom's experience includes Director of Research at Support and Service Professionals Assoc. (now TSIA), and Director of Research at Gartner. Tom also spent 10 years at Lotus Development as Tech Support.

Tom has a passion for helping companies improve their customer service and support operations. Tom is a recognized expert in the field, and their work has helped companies around the world improve their service levels.

Tom Sweeny completed their undergraduate studies in economics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Tom then went on to complete a PhD in economics at Harvard University.
