Leadership Team

The current leadership team at ServiceXRG has a strong background in research and application support. The team is headed by a director with a degree in psychology from Williams College and experience working in tech support at Lotus Development. The director of research has a degree in economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and experience working in research at Gartner. The team also includes a director of application support with experience working in Harris Education Solutions.
