Francis Cabrera

Francis Cabrera is a seasoned labor psychologist with extensive experience in recruitment, selection, and organizational climate enhancement. Currently serving as a labor psychologist at Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII) since December 2022, Francis has previously worked at SENCE, focusing on national climate plans and recruitment processes. Tenures at various organizations, including Servex and Banco Bicentenario, involved managing mass selection processes and implementing training programs. Further contributions include evaluations and recruitment for the Ministerio para el Poder Popular de Transporte y Comunicaciones and Bomberos del Distrito Capital. Francis holds a degree in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
