Belen Castro Henriquez is a skilled professional in organizational psychology with extensive experience in various healthcare and organizational settings. Currently serving as the Psicologa Analista de Subunidad de Calidad de Vida, Bienestar y Desarrollo Organizacional at Servicio Nacional de Turismo since June 2023, Belen previously held key roles at Hospital Dr. Lucio Córdova focusing on organizational development and at Hospital Psiquiátrico El Peral in selection and workplace climate.
