Richard Ozuna

Richard Ozuna currently serves as Gerente de División de Operaciones & TI at Servicios Digitales Popular since July 2021, overseeing operations, customer service, and IT implementations for payment methods in both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce merchants. Additionally, Richard Ozuna has been with Banco Popular Dominicano since September 2008, where the role involves managing fraud analysis.
