During his training and career he has worked with marginalized sectors such as immigrants, the LGBT community, inmates, minors, and victims of violence. She was Undersecretary of the Department of Labor and Human Resources. She has been Legal Advisor to the Puerto Rico Civil Rights Commission and the Cooperative Development Administration. She currently works as Administrator of Protected Natural Areas, in Para la Naturaleza, a unit of the Puerto Rico Conservation Trust. She is a graduate of the Eugenio María Hostos School of Law (2005). He has a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and Anthropology from the University of Puerto Rico (2001).
