Tom Schurman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership within technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at Servicon Systems Inc., Tom leads efforts to drive organizational growth and transformation in complex environments such as healthcare and aerospace. Previously, as Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Servicon, Tom achieved significant revenue growth and advanced digital transformation initiatives. Additional roles include Advisor and Consulting CTO at mrpVision, Vice President of Software Engineering at Tribogenics, and co-founder and Vice President of Engineering at Gridtest Systems. Tom's career began at Ixia, where rapid advancement occurred from Senior Software Engineer to Senior Director of Engineering.
