Amanda Harke

Amanda Harke currently serves as the Senior Manager of Legal Operations at Servier Pharmaceuticals, a position held since July 2021. Previously, Amanda was a Senior Paralegal and Operations Manager at Brii Biosciences from January 2020 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing the trademark portfolio and overseeing patent projects while acting as the primary contact for the executive team regarding contracting in the US and China. Prior experience includes roles as a Paralegal at Mayne Pharma, a Research and Applications Manager at The Trademark Company PLLC, and a Paralegal at the Law Offices of John T. Orcutt, along with early work as an archaeological technician. Amanda holds a Graduate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Meredith College and a BA in Anthropology/Native American Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
