Suzanne Allen is a seasoned professional in patient experience management with a strong background in health care and pharmaceutical services. Currently serving as a Senior Patient Experience Manager at Servier Pharmaceuticals since January 2022, Suzanne previously held positions as Director of Patient Support Services at AllCare Plus Pharmacy and Supervisor of Premium Accounting at MAPFRE. Demonstrating expertise in team management, staff training, and improving operational efficiencies, Suzanne has successfully overseen significant billing accounts, managed client relationships, and implemented departmental policies across various roles.
