Catherine Jouguelet

Catherine Jouguelet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, legal, and compliance roles. Currently serving as the Sustainability, Inclusion & Diversity Project Lead at Servier since April 2011, Catherine is responsible for managing the group's diversity and inclusion strategy, internal and external communication, and relevant HR processes while utilizing KPIs and diversity data. Previously, Catherine held the position of International Legal Manager at Servier, advising subsidiaries across 18 countries on legal and compliance matters and delivering training to a diverse range of stakeholders. Before joining Servier, Catherine was a Senior IP Counsel at Herbert Smith Freehills and served as Senior Associate and Solicitor, providing IP legal advice and engaging in business development activities. Catherine's education includes qualifications from multiple prestigious institutions, including a degree required to qualify as a solicitor from the University of New England, a Diplôme Universitaire in Gender Violence from Université Paris 8, and a Maitrise in Business Law from Université Jean Moulin.
