Juan Venegas

Juan Venegas has extensive legal and compliance experience, currently serving as the Head of Legal & Compliance at Servinform since July 2019. Previously, Juan held the position of General Counsel at ADVEO from April 2012 to July 2019, overseeing corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Prior to that, Juan worked at Telefónica from 2000 to 2012, focusing on corporate mergers, acquisitions, and legal advisory. Early in Juan's career, significant roles included Associate Lawyer at Pelayo Abogados and General Coordinator at the Escuela Superior de Marketing y Negocios. Juan's educational background includes multiple advanced programs in compliance, leadership, and legal studies, culminating in a Licenciado en Derecho from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
