Susana Escribano Aranda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process reengineering and customer experience consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Process Reengineering & CeX Consulting at Servinform since January 2020, Susana has been instrumental in driving innovation and developing new solutions. Prior roles at ING included Head of Lending New Relationship Model, where Susana implemented a customer-centric model for mortgages, and Agile Product Owner, focusing on technology-driven changes to enhance customer experience. With a background in customer care and strategy, Susana has consistently led transformative initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and operational efficiency. Susana holds a double degree in Business Administration and Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
